Tejuino Spring


  • 3/4 Oz Tejuino
  • 1/4 Oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 Pinches of sea salt
  • 3 Pinches of Tajín
  • 2 balls Mango Ice Cream
  • 4 Spearmint Leaves

Preparation method:

Moisten the edge of the glass with lemon juice, on a plate or any extended container place a little salt or Tajine and place the cup inverted on the container, press very gently and move your cup gently into the powder. (Recommendation: do not rotate the cup, if you do you may get slightly irregular edges.) Lift the cup and beat very slowly to remove excess salt or Tajín. In the glass place 2 snowballs of Mango and add the Tejuino. Decorate with mint leaves.
